Terms of Use

Last updated:

These Terms of Use govern your use of the CodeMed Connect website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Any separately signed recruitment, staffing, or employment agreement governs that engagement and takes precedence if it conflicts with these website terms.

1. Website purpose and eligibility

This website provides information about medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle recruitment and allows employers and candidates to contact us. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms to submit a form. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to provide its information.

2. Inquiries and candidate registrations

Submitting an inquiry or registration does not create an employment relationship, a staffing contract, or an obligation to provide services. Registration does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, placement, specific compensation, or hiring timeline. Descriptions of roles and services are general information, not a promise that a particular opportunity is available.

Fees, placement conditions, responsibilities, and other engagement terms must be agreed separately before services are provided. Prospective employers make their own hiring decisions, and any employment offer is subject to the employer’s applicable requirements.

3. Information you submit

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share, and notify us of material corrections. Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person or organization without permission, patient data, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive identifiers.

You retain ownership of your résumé and other submissions. You authorize us to store, review, and use them for the recruitment and inquiry purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials or authorize unrelated use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading activity. Do not upload malicious files, send spam, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or collect personal information about others without authorization. We may restrict access or reject submissions that violate these terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The CodeMed Connect name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by CodeMed Connect or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate personal job-search or business recruitment purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or misrepresent our content or branding without permission, except where the law permits.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the website. Please review it before submitting information. These terms do not replace any consent or notice required by applicable privacy law.

7. Website availability and third-party links

We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but content may change and interruptions or errors may occur. We may update or suspend website features as needed. Links to external websites, if provided, do not constitute endorsement; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Website content is not medical, legal, tax, or compliance advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CodeMed Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your non-waivable statutory rights. Separate signed agreements govern liability relating to actual staffing or recruitment services.

9. Changes and general provisions

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new revision date. Changes apply prospectively from publication, subject to any notice required by law. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Any dispute remains subject to applicable law and the jurisdictional rules that legally apply; these terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.
